What we collect

When you submit a wedding inquiry, Bouquet La Vie collects the contact, event, venue, budget and planning details you provide. Referral information can include campaign tags, the page where you arrived and the referring website. That helps the studio understand how couples find the work.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate availability and fit, reply to your inquiry, prepare consultation materials and improve our website and marketing. We do not sell inquiry information.

Where it is processed

Inquiry records are stored in Sanity. Transactional messages are delivered through Resend, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated spam. Each provider processes only the information required to perform its service under its own data-processing terms.

Retention and choices

Inquiry details are retained for client service, recordkeeping and business analysis, then removed when they are no longer needed. You may ask Bouquet La Vie to correct or delete your inquiry information by replying to any message you receive from the studio.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect inquiry data. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
